Service Usage Guidelines

License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you apersonal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferrable license during the Term to permit you to access and use the Platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. We grant you license to access and use Socialpayme services through your computer or Internet compatible devices for yourpersonal/internal purposes.

Any costs associated with accessing and using the Platform generally remains your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system or mobile device is compatible with the Platform and meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to obtain the benefit of the Platform.

These Terms only grant a limited license to access and use Socialpayme Services. Therefore, you hereby agree that when you use Socialpayme Services, Socialpayme does not transfer Socialpayme Services or the ownership or intellectual property rights of any Socialpayme intellectual property to you or anyone else.

All the text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interface, photos, sounds, process flow diagrams, computer code (including html code), programs, software, products, information and documents, as well as the design,structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel, and layout ofany content included in the services or provided through Socialpayme Services, are exclusively owned, controlled and/or licensed by Socialpayme operators or its members, parent companies, licensors or affiliates.

Socialpayme owns any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information or materials (here in after collectively referred to as “Feedback”) about Socialpayme or our Services that you provide through email, Review sites, Socialpayme platforms, or other ways. You hereby transfer all rights, ownership and interests of the Feedback and all related intellectual property rights to Socialpayme.
